I don't feel like I'm ready yet myself to be giving lessons to others, but i'll tell you this: Start doing dailies too. just give yourself the task to finish atleast 1 painting a day, no matter how refined or good it looks, just finish it.
This whole dailies thing i've been doing has been so damn useful for me and has helped me improve my workflow as well as my thought process.
keep it up, from looking at your few paintings i can say you've got it in you
